Terran Titans is a community organisation built around tactical naval warfare in Space Engineers, operating primarily through Discord and this website. We do not operate as a registered business entity.

2. What Information We Collect

When you create an account on this website, we collect:

• Username and password (stored hashed)
• Email address (optional, used only for account recovery)
• Discord username, if you choose to link it

When you submit a bug report we collect the information you provide in the form (title, description, your name/handle if entered). We do not collect any data passively beyond standard web server logs.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you when you log in
• To associate your contributions (bug reports, guide edits) with your account
• To contact you about your account if necessary

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

This site embeds content from YouTube and links to Discord and Steam. Those platforms have their own privacy policies and may set cookies when you interact with embedded content. We have no control over their data practices.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie required for Django's authentication and CSRF protection. No tracking cookies are used.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us via Discord (see the Contact page).

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord server. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
